Winter Watermelon

Partner terms

Updated October 8, 2026

Winter Watermelon Partners is a purchase-based referral program for selected products in our portfolio. These terms explain applications and the conditions for any approved partnership. Contact our team with questions.

Apply, then get approved

Applications are reviewed. Creating a portal account does not approve you to promote, guarantee acceptance or earn a commission. Before promotion, we confirm the eligible products, rates, duration and working referral method in writing. Products without that confirmation are excluded. Do not present yourself as an approved partner until we approve you.

Qualifying purchases

Rewards apply only to eligible new customers and products covered by your approved offer. The agreed referral must be recorded before the first qualifying purchase. We do not pay for clicks, applications, free trials, unpaid orders, self-referrals, internal tests or existing customers. A later link or code cannot take over an established referral. Contact us within 30 days of a purchase if you believe a genuine introduction was missed; we review the evidence and never award the same purchase twice.

The commission base is the eligible product amount actually collected after discounts, credits and refunds, excluding sales tax. Your approved offer states the percentage or fixed reward and whether renewals qualify. We bear payment-processing and payout-service fees; we do not silently subtract those fees from your agreed reward.

When payments become eligible

We pay eligible balances monthly in US dollars, after at least 30 days from the successful customer payment and after the applicable refund period. We must have received the customer funds, resolved any dispute and confirmed delivery where the offer requires it. Pending earnings in the portal are not a promise of immediate payment. We do not advance commissions or fund payouts with money we have not received.

The normal payout minimum is $20. Smaller balances carry forward and are not forfeited for inactivity. If a partnership closes, we arrange a supported way to settle legitimate remaining earnings, including balances below the minimum. Payouts may require the provider's identity, tax and payment-account setup. Submit those details through the provider's secure process, never by ordinary email.

Refunds, disputes and corrections

Full refunds cancel the related reward; partial refunds reduce it proportionally under your approved offer. We hold disputed payments while the outcome is unresolved. If a refund follows a payout, an evidenced overpayment may be offset against future earnings. We retain the explanation and payment references and will review any error you report. We will not reduce a legitimately earned reward because we later discover our own costs were higher than expected.

Honest recommendations

Clearly disclose the paid relationship next to each recommendation, for example: “I earn a commission if you purchase using my referral.” Give your honest view. No fabricated experience, paid positive reviews, unsolicited bulk messages, misleading claims, cookie stuffing, self-referrals, branded search ads, typo domains or coupon hijacking. Do not secretly reward a buyer's employee for steering an employer's purchase. Follow the rules of each channel you use.

Your information and portal

PromoteKit hosts our application and partner portal. It processes the account and application details you submit and, for approved referrals, the records needed to administer earnings and payouts. Each partner may access only their own permitted results; customer email addresses are hidden from partners. Our privacy notice explains our use of this information. Do not include private client information in an application.

Changes and ending a partnership

Either side may end future promotion. We may suspend new referrals while investigating a breach or tracking problem. We will communicate material changes before they apply to future referrals. Stopping recruitment or changing a future offer does not cancel legitimate earnings or already-promised attribution periods. Fraudulent or ineligible activity does not earn a reward.
